EVERYONE’s FAVORITE VEG MANCHURIAN.
So hello everyone ? how you all are doing ? because of this pandemic we are not able to eat the junk that we all use to eat twice a week. and I don’t think for more 2 to 3 months we can eat from outside. but there are so many people who are ordering food from outside and still going to restaurants and cafes to eat and chill. but I don’t think Abhi ke liye. it’s safe maybe. but for the people who are eating from outside, I would say that be safe sanitize your hands before you eat and also see the cook who is cooking for you he is fully taking precautions or not.
So in this lockdown, the dish I was really font of eating and making, is one and only veg Manchurian. My elder brother loves VEG MANCHURIAN and he always force me to make. before making it for 2 -3 times, I thought that it was very difficult but trust me it was not at all.
Manchurian is a dish made up of vegetables or protein. The core ingredient is coated in a batter of cornflour / or you can also put maida. after which it is ready to deep fry. Once crispy, we coat it in a spicy sauce. Sauce ingredients vary from recipe to recipe, but it will usually contain soy sauce, chili, and vinegar. Delicious! that’s it.
cabbage is usually the leading vegetable in the Manchurian balls with a carrot.
You can enjoy the manchurian with noodles or with steam rice.
you can also try indo-chinese garlic fried rice with the manchurian.
