Welcome to my RISE AND SHINE breakfast-

So in this lockdown, I learned so many food items.

Because my big brother is a foodie and he always craves for the different food to eat. and yes I love to make dishes for my family-

so let me talk about my favorite breakfast- which contains many nutrients in it and in this lockdown- between march to may I miss this food a lot –

and this is my favorite breakfast toasted bread and half fry- seems weird? but yes that’s my all-time favorite food to eat.

so there are also various ways to cook egg –

examples are- you can make an omelet, You can eat it boiled Mostly gym goers prefer boiled egg, some prefer bhurji too!! My version is half fried although I prefer eating egg bhurji too.

Egg contains 6 grams of protein and most of the vitamins and minerals are present in the yolk so never throw egg yolk, Also you should eat more than 2 egg yolk in a day.

This is my go-to breakfast. It makes me happy, fills my tummy. and the best part it’s very easy to make. you never go wrong with this its takes like 5 minutes to make. I never ever skip my breakfast . and if you don’t like the runny center. poke the yolk then you can eat after that cook for around 2-3 minutes. and serve hot with hot toasted bread. this is the healthiest breakfast you can ever have. vegetarian people, you can skip the article if you want.
